The Malton-based John Wainwright was always a natural partnership given his and David's close links through the racing clubs. Predominantly a flat orientated yard, he has tasted listed race success in the late 2000's. 2023 saw the highlight of Dandy's Angel winning four times at Beverley and he has earned a reputation in re-energising recruits from other yards. John has trained winners over fences including Sedgefield specialist Living Boys An Co and winners on the flat such as the well bred Biplane and Muatadel over the years.

Jessica became the second trainer to join the roster in October 2024 and she brings with her plenty of experience in the National Hunt sphere. Based in the rolling hills of Northumbria in Yarm, Jessica's stable includes all the facilities needed for success. Whether it be starting stalls or hurdles, horse walkers to open fields for fresh air, the horses in the yard are always happy. The location of the stable is in close proximity to Redcar beach which means days out at the seaside are a welcome bonus for the horses.

Having started training at a very young age in point-to-points, her focus has moved to racing under rules in the last few years and the success is growing with each season. With three winners already for the 2024-25 season, things are looking bright for the small yard.
